"I woke up choking on my own past. I reached for those pills, like they could smooth out the jagged edges in my head. Enough to stop the weight from pressing so hard it crushes me. But they don’t fix what’s underneath. The nightmares never come as memories. No, they come as feelings—like ghosts with no faces, just pieces of a past I can’t escape."

Story

In Mafia underworld, trust is rare, blood is currency, and survival demands calculated violence. In Valenza Family, you step into the shoes of Michael Valenza, a cunning and often ruthless made man determined to carve out his place in an underworld teeming with betrayals, shifting alliances, and dangerous rivals.  But Michael is also a man with internal struggles and conflict—a heavy past and even heavier burdens. He tries to outrun it all, only to realize that no matter how far he runs, the weight always catches up to him. And beneath the surface of this already dark world, something even darker awaits.

Important Information & Disclaimer:

Game Note: Valenza Family is a story-first, heavily narrative-driven AVN. While the game will on occasion include choices that influence specific scenes and outcomes, the core narrative remains linear, with a structured beginning, middle, and end. This is a cinematic, character-driven experience, not a sandbox or branching harem sim.

Aftermaths:

Aftermath scenes are part of the narrative and cannot be skipped.
Choosing to fade to black will skip the explicit content (visuals and narration), but you will still see the consequences and aftermath—which may include characters shown in bed together, immediately following the event.

This is not a branching choice—it’s a viewer comfort feature only.
The story acknowledges that the event took place, regardless of whether you watched it or not.

If you are looking for a version of the story where events don’t happen at all depending on your preferences, this may not align with your expectations—and that’s completely okay. But then this title is not for you.

On Subject of Story Itself:

Valenza Family is not about picking favorites or customizing your ideal path. It’s a story-first experience where you step into Michael Valenza’s world—a world built on control, consequence, and power plays.

The game is about its characters, their development, and the narrative they’re part of. Every moment, every decision, is grounded in a consistent story that isn’t written to cater to personal fantasies or rewrite itself based on preference.

If you're looking for a typical adult game where you control every relationship or avoid story consequences based on who you like or don’t like—this isn’t that.

This is for players who value rich storytelling, cinematic pacing, and complex characters navigating a dangerous world.

The story will respect itself.
And if that’s what you’re here for—welcome.

Disclaimer: Valenza Family contains depictions of violence, as well as the use and mentions of substances like drugs, alcohol, and tobacco. The story also explores incestuous themes. While moments of humor and light-heartedness are present, the core of the narrative is dark, intense, and rooted in violence.

This is not a Visual novel, it is more of a Kinetic novel since choices don't mean shit and there are fuck all choices anyway.

Alright...... I'm playing this like later or tomorrow and I hope I HOPE!!!! that you'll finish this story (Hoping that this game succeeds. Considering from what I'm seeing on the Description/flavor text, It is LOOKING good and I really hope to exceed's Deluca Family(4th Best AVN I've read). Hoping for the best for you man. (I'mma go and rate/review this later) Aaaaanyway thanks for making this I really thought that I won't ever see another Mafia-focus plot AVN.

I'm not hoping, I'm knowing. It __will__ be done. Well, as for the other part, I'm not competing. Also his writing in comparison to this story is too far apart. Can't compare. And no problem, hopefully you enjoy it once again.

I'm back and I'd say for both Prologue and Chapter, you got me very very VERY intrigue on the MC backstory. also a Caring/Clingy/Worried Sister in a Mafia Setting is Chef's Kiss (Blood is thicker than water as they say).

I love me some Russian Roulette and Sushi Too.

First you have my Curiosity, now you have my full and UNDIVIDED Attention.

GREAT RELEASE can't wait for more.

Glad to hear so bud, hope you enjoy further updates as such!

Everything including the tags look good so far. Good luck with the game, maybe this will become what i hoped deluca family would be.

P.S. Any plans for pregnancy content?

(+1)

Would've been, if HopesGaming didn't turn HopelessGaming and pulled a fiasco. Which is a shame... I really enjoyed it, despite it being more fantasy in some aspects. But it was good and had great potential. But, typical dev shtick happened with him.

Sadly, I'm not in competition with him in genre type, and this and his stuff is miles apart due to various factors.. but I hope you can at least enjoy it as you enjoyed that one.

As for pregnancy content, well, yes. EVENTUALLY...  I'd say so many times you can fuck around before you find out, if you know what I mean x)

(+1)

Will pregnancy content lean more toward fetish elements, or will it be portrayed as a natural, emotionally-driven story?

(+1)

Nope. I am not exactly in element of adding things for fetish sake. Just cause for example you have incestious themes, I didn't add it there for sake of fetish, but cause it serves story and plot properly. Fuels what I need for it for characters.

If I add stuff like pregnancy, then it will be done properly or not at all. I am not against adding specific things, but if I do, that won't be while I work on chapters. Additions, not related to story? Random bonus stuff? Sure, I can do that no problem.

But ah... yeah. If ( which isn't an IF, it really is I WILL), but WHEN I add pregnancy into the whole game. It will be there properly. Natural, used for story telling and emotion. Not for fetish.

Hope that's satisfactory answer for you.

(+1)

Thank you for your reply. That's exactly what I want—a story-driven one. I'm not a fan of pregnancy fetishes either.

*Spit-handshake*

Your game just appeared on The F95zone. It looks amazing, hope you can us at the zone.

I took a quick look, and I already know it isn't worth replying there. I'll give you a single example as to why:

Quoting the user: "Hmmm... Well, for starters, the overview says, "In Valenza Family, you step into the shoes of Michael Valenza, a cunning and often ruthless made man...". If the protagonist's last name is Valenza, then he would be a family member, not a made man. If the protagonist is a made man, then his last name would be anything except Valenza. Just thought the author might like to know."

And now I'll tell you my answer to that -

If a Don of an Italian Mafia family promotes his son or daughter without them properly earning their place, several key issues and potential consequences could arise within the organization. Mafia families operate on a system of earned respect and loyalty. Promoting someone without them proving their worth can lead to resentment among soldiers and capos who have worked their way up. It may be seen as a violation of the code of meritocracy that ensures survival and loyalty within the organization. And this is just cherry from the top. There are numerous factors here that speak heavily against this approach. And this is just me being nice and not writing a whole factual book on it.

Moral of the story here? Being smart is fine. But trying to be smart for sake of being smart is not, if it turns out that what you said is dumb.

Okay, I wasn't expecting a history lesson on the mob. From your reply, I don't think you would fit in well on F95. You're pretty tightly wound.

Cheers

No, not really buddy. Not anymore anyway. PS: I know you already. You're a good guy. Take it easy. Its nothing against you.

(+1)

Yeah, I was thrown by the "dumb question" remark. No worries. I understand the situation better now. It sounds like you have a good friend on F95 in Merlin-Magic. Cheers.

Oh yeah, Merlin is a great guy. Not all is so dark, there's quite a few civilized people and nice people there. Sadly... they're gems in the sand. The rest, not worth the trouble.

(+3)

obvious question but what are the planned tags?

(+6)

If you're asking me about the sexual aspect of the game, it is fair to assume there is nothing out of ordinary. It is more vanilla leaned. If you're asking me something along the lines of..  "Is it a Harem?" Yes, then I'll say yes to that. If you ask me about stuff like cheating, or what people call NTR etcetera. Then no, that will not be part of it. As it isn't my personal jam.

As for anything else... hard for me to say. Easier for you to ask, if you're interested in something in particular toss me a question and I'll answer you with yes or no to each specific tag you ask about.

(1 edit) (+1)

Just got the demo, im hoping to see successor to DeLuca it had such an amazing chance to became marvelous just to fall out and never got done.
Respect for the revealing the tags!

(+1)

Seen it, played it. A good game, but can't be compared to this one. Sadly no one here is a ninja enough to dodge a bullet! But, it was a good game with good potential. Sadly... HopesGaming went from Hopes to HopelessGaming with the fiasco he pulled.

Can't say will it be a successor or not, as that isn't my intent. Not competing with the fella. But I can tell you it won't end up abandoned at least. ( Or years without a word )

Thats all good. If you can write that is all that matters. Good written story can knock socks off.

Do you plan to do other platforms? Patreon etc?

(1 edit) (+2)

Steam is planned, that is a certainty I can confirm. As for these funding platforms such as Patreon, Subsscrew and what not. Honestly? No clue.

I can tell you that MAYBE, but that maybe is very heavy maybe. I had no plans to do it, I'll think about it but... I'm really not fond of it. Not to mention games with incestious themes can take a bullet on platforms like Patreon.

(+2)

aight that's good to know

(+2)

Hit me up with question whenever you feel like, mate. Happy to help. In... whatever shape/form.

how about lesbian/bisexual stuff within the harem will it be avoidable if included

(+1)

Hm. Honestly, I prefer and mainly stick vanilla. However... if I did add something like lesbian stuff, which would occur if main char was involved with 2 women from his harem, this would be purely optional. This is something I see as ''side content'' and I'd add it as that. I don't wanna shove anything in main story that isn't vanilla. Everything else? It can be added eventually as side / bonus content without pissing anyone off, or even myself for that matter. I think that's fair.
